SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME:
- If the item is in stock: 1-3 business days.
- If the item is made to request: 3-4 weeks.
DELIVERY.
Delivery in Spain, the EU and outside is carried out by Correos / UPS / SEUR.
After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.
Standart shipping from 2 business days (it depends on the recipient's country of residence).
Shipping will be FREE for:
- all orders from Spain,
- orders over 120 EUR from EU and UK.
Other contries from 7€.
Please note that international orders from outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please make sure to provide the correct and complete shipping address when placing your order.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete (e.g. wrong postal code, missing street name or house number), the package may not be delivered and will automatically be returned to the sender.
In such cases:
• We will contact you as soon as we receive the returned package.
• Reshipping is possible after confirming the correct address and covering the cost of a new shipment.
• Alternatively, you may request a refund for the order (excluding the original shipping cost).
JULINN is not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If the customer has received the product and wishes to cancel the order, they must notify the return via email at: julinn.boutique@gmail.com and return the product in its original, unused, and unchanged condition to the supplier within 14 days from the date the customer gains actual possession of the product.
The notification is considered timely if sent within the specified period. A proof of purchase (online receipt) must be included with the product. While it is not mandatory, we would appreciate it if you could provide the reason for the return.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the case of a product return, the company will refund all payments immediately upon receiving the returned item, but no later than 14 days after receipt.
The supplier reserves the right to refuse the return and not refund the purchase price if the product is damaged or if its quantity has decreased.

In the case of an exchange of goods that is not due to a complaint, the buyer covers all related costs, including the cost of returning the goods, the cost of resending the goods, and any price difference.
Refunds for custom-made handbags are NOT provided, except in the following cases:
