Public Offer Agreement

This Agreement is a public offer between the Seller, who offers the sale of goods through the JULINN online store, and the Buyer, who accepts the terms of this offer and intends to purchase goods. All terms of this Agreement are binding for both parties after the Buyer accepts the offer.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. The Public Offer Agreement is concluded between the Seller (JULINN) and the Buyer, who visits the website https://www.julinn-shop.com/ and places an order for the goods presented on the site. By clicking the "ORDER" button on the website, the Buyer accepts the terms of this Agreement.

1.2. This Agreement comes into effect from the moment the "ORDER" button is clicked, confirming the Buyer's consent to the terms of this Agreement and their obligation to purchase the goods described on the site.

2. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

  • Public Offer Agreement – a public offer by the Seller to purchase goods on the website https://www.julinn-shop.com.

  • Acceptance – the Buyer's acceptance of the Seller's offer by placing the order through the website.

  • Product – the goods offered for purchase on the website https://www.julinn-shop.com.

  • Buyer – an individual, legal entity, or entrepreneur who places an order through the website.

  • Seller – the owner of the online store https://www.julinn-shop.com, offering goods for sale.

3. OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. The Seller undertakes to sell the Product presented on the website https://www.julinn-shop.com, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for the Product according to the terms of this Agreement.

3.2. The Seller guarantees that the Product is lawful and is not subject to claims from third parties.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. The Seller undertakes to:

  • Fulfill the terms of this Agreement and ensure the delivery of the Product to the Buyer according to the selected terms.

  • Inform the Buyer about possible additional costs related to payment.

4.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

  • Place an order on the website and pay for it according to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Inspect the condition of the Product upon receipt.

 

5. PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AND PAYMENT

5.1. The price of the Product is determined by the Seller and indicated on the website https://www.julinn-shop.com. The total cost of the order includes the price of the Product and the cost of delivery.

5.2. The Buyer can pay for the order via card through the payment system on the website.

6. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

6.1. The Seller delivers the Product via courier services or postal delivery.

6.2. In the event the Buyer is not available at the delivery address, the Product will be returned, and the Buyer will be responsible for any additional costs.

7. RETURN OF THE PRODUCT

7.1. The Buyer has the right to return the Product of proper quality within 14 days from the moment of receipt, provided that the product has not been used.

7.2. Returns are processed according to the rules and conditions specified on the website https://www.julinn-shop.com.

8. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. The Parties are responsible for non-performance or improper performance of the terms of this Agreement according to the applicable laws of Ukraine.

8.2. In case of disputes, the Parties agree to resolve them through negotiations or in court according to the laws of Ukraine.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

9.1. The Parties are not liable for non-performance of obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances.

10. OTHER TERMS

10.1. Information provided by the Buyer is confidential and used solely for the performance of this Agreement.

10.2. The Buyer gives consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of fulfilling this Agreement.
